I don't normal write reviews, But I thought I make a exception here. I came to Blake in the early summer. With a holiday looming in the distance we quickly established my goals and ambitions. Before I knew it Blake had sorted a meal plan and we were in the gym. Every session was varied and diverse, and because of this it was never a chore to train. Great in depth knowledge and advice along the way, my goals easily surpassed. Great conversations and good few laughs along the way create a nice relaxed working environment. Also seeing his other clients improve so much along the way, as well myself Id highly recommend Blake.

Blake baker is the best personal trainer I've ever had, absolutely knows what his doing unlike some others PT I have had in past, been training with him just under 2 months and already seeing some changing, he gives you good motivation and full focus on you, definitely would recommend him if anyone is looking for personal trainer.

Blake Baker is an extremely motivated individual aiming to develop a successful business and to change the lives of other people through evidence based training and nutrition. He has been in the fitness industry for 5 years and continues his education daily, striving to obtain a strong academic background. Blake discovered bodybuilding when attempting to overcome continuous health issues and found bodybuilding as a way to focus his attention. The continuous investment in his business such as attending a seminar with personal training and nutrition expert “ Phil Learney”, completing an Fdsc degree in health and nutrition and as a current student on the Bsc sports performance and coaching degree.
Upon completion in 2016 Blake hopes to further his education in a master’s degree in nutrition which has been a longstanding lifetime goal . He continually strives to update his professional development and can demonstrate this with an array of certificates in nutrition, strength and conditioning and personal training.
Coaching, personal training and nutrition will be delivered to the highest quality, evidence based and tailored to the individual as appose to a “ one size fits all” approach guaranteeing results if instructions are followed. Blake hopes to move over to the United States or America in the future to work with high level athletes and bodybuilders. Alongside education, Blake also has experience in competing as stated above and has trained with some high level athletes such as IFBB professional bodybuilder and Olympia competitor Al Auguste when staying in America on holiday.
